Registration¶

The xynap access portal provides various services with a ** unique login**. Once logged in, you have access to all unlocked services — without having to log in again.
Login¶
- Call a service (e.g.
ai.xynap.tech) - You will be automatically forwarded to auth.xynap.tech/login
- Enter your email address and password
- After successful registration, you will be guided back to the true service
Single Sign-On
Your login is valid for all xynap services simultaneously. You stay logged in for up to 24 hours.
Registration¶
- Open auth.xynap.tech/login and clickRegistrieren
- Enter the following data:
- E-Mail-Adresse— is used for login and notifications
- Name— your display name
- Passwort— at least 8 characters
- Click onRegistrieren

After registration, a Administrator must unlock your account before you can log in. You get a notification as soon as your account is active.
Reporting¶
Open auth.xynap.tech/logout to unsubscribe from all xynap services. Your session cookie is being run.

Services with own authentication
Some services such as platform.xynap.tech (Customer Portal), portal.xynap.tech (Hosting Panel) and ansitel.xynap.tech (PBX) use a ** own application** and are not part of the SSO portal.
Common questions¶
?? question "I forgot my password — what can I do?" Turn to your administrator. Password reset via e-mail is currently not available. Your admin can reset your account or create a new one.
?? question "My account is locked — what does that mean?" An administrator has disabled your access. Contact your contact person or xynap support.
?? question "Why do I see 'account waiting for unlocking'?" Your account has been registered, but not yet activated by an administrator. Please have some patience or contact the support.
?? question "How long am I logged in?" Your session is 24 hours. After that, you will be automatically forwarded to the login when the next page is called.
?? question "Does the login function on the phone?" Yeah. The login portal is fully responsive and works on all Geraeten with a modern browser.
